At Beauty Collective Salon & Academy, our mission is to empower beauty professionals through advanced education, mentorship, and real industry experience. With 25 years of cosmetology expertise and 17 years dedicated to education, we are committed to helping estheticians and cosmetologists refine their skills and elevate their careers.

Our academy was built on a passion for teaching and a vision rooted in family. My eldest daughter, Andrea, is a lash technician and esthetician, and my youngest, Ana Sofía, is a cosmetologist. Together, we share a commitment to supporting students and helping them grow with confidence in the beauty industry.

We specialize in advanced certifications and continuing education in specialized beauty services.

Beauty Collective is proudly licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and offers courses in lash extensions, dermaplaning, microneedling, and advanced facial treatments, ensuring professionals stay current in this fast-evolving field.

Beyond education, Beauty Collective also offers 10 fully customizable boutique salon suites designed for beauty entrepreneurs. With flexible daily, weekly, and monthly rental options, our suites give stylists, estheticians, and beauty professionals the freedom to grow their businesses in a supportive and professional environment.
